Next Community Council Meeting

Our Community Council meetings are held bi-monthly, [January to November] with venues alternating between the three villages. Meetings are open to the public so all residents are welcome to attend.
However, should you wish to speak at the meeting about a particular topic, please kindly inform us in advance by using the RSVP button or contact form. Requests to speak must be submitted by 7.00pm on the Friday before the meeting, briefly describing the topic you wish to have discussed.

Agenda
For all meetings, an Agenda is published and circulated by the Secretary prior to the meeting so that everyone knows what is to be discussed and can be prepared in advance. Agendas for each meeting can be found in the Key Documents page.
Minutes
After each meeting, Minutes of the Meeting are produced to record the important matters discussed and the decisions made at the meeting. This acts as a permanent record of the Community Council's business. Copies of approved Minutes are then circulated to Members, the Local Authority and to the local community via this website. Copies of the latest approved minutes can be found in the links in the Key Documents page.
Archived minutes are retained offline in perpetuity for future reference. Should you wish to view a copy of a historical Minute of the Meeting, please contact the Council via the website contact form.
